Cancellation Policy

Karina Carlos Coaching – Booking & Cancellation Terms Description: To ensure a respectful and professional experience for both parties, the following terms apply when booking or managing your sessions: ✅ Bookings Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You can schedule your session via the website or through a private booking link provided after your purchase. 🔄 Rescheduling You may reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling within 12 hours is considered a late change and counts as a no-show, unless due to a force majeure situation (evaluated case by case). ❌ Cancellations No refunds are provided for canceled sessions. If you need to cancel your package permanently, you may request a credit applicable to other offers within the Karina Carlos ecosystem, valid for 90 days. ⏱️ Late arrivals A 10-minute grace period is granted. After that, the session will continue but will not be extended. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes without notice will be marked as a no-show. 📆 Package validity Session packages must be used within: 4-session package: 45 days 10-session package: 90 days (From the date of your first session) ⏳ Waitlist policy If a time slot is unavailable, you may join the waitlist and will be contacted if a spot becomes available
